In January, GPCE Sydney has been added to the schedule of approved events for the Australian Business Events Grant Program. The Business Events Grant Program aims to incentivise Australian businesses to participate as buyers or sellers at pre-approved business events (including exhibitions, conferences and conventions) from 1 January 2021 to 31 December 2021.
What does that mean for you?
With GPCE Sydney now approved as one of the scheduled events, this means you may now be eligible to apply for a grant to help cover up to 50% of the costs associated with exhibiting at the 14 – 16 May event. This can include your exhibition space cost, stand build, travel and accommodation, with grant amounts ranging from $5,000 per entity per application up to a maximum of $250,000.
Please note, to be eligible to apply, you must have a minimum of $20,000 in total eligible project expenditure.

Grant applications close 30 March 2021 or when funding has been exhausted, so we suggest getting your application submitted as early as possible to help with your planning for the 14- 16 May event.
