Healthcare is a complex, rewarding and intricate industry, requiring all primary care professionals to consistently upskill and keep up to date with latest treatments, new diagnostics and new clinical approaches.
General Practitioners (GPs) in particular are at the frontline of healthcare and are often the first point of contact for most Australians seeking medical attention, with almost 90% of the population seeing a GP at least once each year.
Designed by GPs for GPs, the GPCE education program presents relevant, practical, and implementable clinical updates to take straight back to the workplace, whilst also delivering a national platform for collegiality, quality conversations and invaluable sharing experiences – all in just 2-3 days!
Our aim is to arm attendees with the cross-disciplinary skills that make a real difference to everyday practice, across the full spectrum of primary care.
Although focusing heavily on the GP, GPCE is open to all primary healthcare professionals, including:
- Practice nurses
- Practice staff
- GP registrars
- Allied health professionals
- Medical students
