Attend our most comprehensive conference program to date

GPCE Melbourne has designed a conference program to help you get closer to meeting the new CPD requirements introduced by the MBA earlier this year. We understand the need for GPs to learn about and meet these requirements on top of their already busy practice schedule, so we have made things as simple as possible.

GPs can attend sessions daily across the three new Activity Types:

  • Educational Activities
  • Reviewing Performance
  • Measuring Outcomes

Choose from 7 Advanced Courses and 15 topical 1-hour Education Sessions across 15 therapeutic areas, supporting your CPD journey and requirements across just 3 days.

The program has been developed with a GP focus and Advanced Courses can only be attended by GPs or GP Registrars on a Conference Pass. However, all other Education Sessions are open to GPs and all primary healthcare professionals to attend on a new Session Pass.

For any assistance with the program or registration, please contact our team via email at  [email protected] or by phone at  1800 571 960.

Advanced Courses

This year the GPCE Melbourne 2023 conference program offers seven high impact Advanced Courses to choose from, including five new QI Advanced Courses. Find out more about what a QI Advanced Course is and the many benefits to GPs here. Some of the Advanced Courses run in just one day, and others over two days, giving GPs the opportunity to also attend some of the other Education Sessions running throughout the conference, and to earn as many CPD hours as possible on site.

CPR training

Take advantage of our CPR training sessions taking place over multiple groups across the weekend. These hands-on sessions are based on the Australian Resuscitation Council guidelines and are delivered by highly trained paramedics. On completion of the CPR training session, delegates can earn 1 CPD hour (Educational Activity).

Sessions are included for Conference Pass holders. For those on a Session Pass or Exhibition Pass, CPR can be added to your registration for only $124. If you wish to attend, please ensure you select a CPR session during online registration.
