What is GPCE?

The General Practice Conference & Exhibition (GPCE) is Australia’s leading CPD event for primary care!

2019 marks our 25th anniversary supporting excellance in Australian General Practice and we're bringing you a brand new, diverse, CPD accredited conference program with over 140 education sessions and practical workshops, providing applicable and implementable education to bring straight back to your practice.

The GPCE 2019 event series is fully accredited by RACGP and ACRRM and is your one-stop-shop to learn, earn CPD points, discover the latest medical innovations and interact with peers and industry leaders – all across one weekend. PLUS, as we approach the final year in the 2017-2019 triennium, GPCE is the perfect place to obtain your remaining CPD points!

The focus for GPCE in 2019 is YOU. GPCE is developed by GPs for GPs and their practice staff, without bias or politics, with the agenda this year carefully shaped with high quality CPD content in four categories:

  • YOUR Practice (update & refresh knowledge, earn CPD points, gain new knowledge & confidence, practical, simple, useful, excellence)
  • YOUR Business (foundations of practice, profitability, team, risk, reputation, systems, operations)
  • YOUR Curiosity (What’s new now? What’s coming? Technology, research, what others are doing, fun, inspirational)
  • YOUR Life (Personal health & well-being, work-life balance, time management, communication skills, setting boundaries, addressing causes of burnout)

• NEW! GPCE Academy – Mastering Exam Preparation
• NEW! Dedicated practice nurse program
• And a 3 day exhibition full of the newest innovations, products and treatments dedicated to general practice
