Katrina Otto, BEd(Adult), DipBus(Admin)
Katrina is currently working as a Practice Management Consultant and Software Trainer, a role which takes her regularly into general practice as well as many specialist practices. Based in Sydney, she also facilitates Medical Director courses on a regular basis for HCN and TAFE. Katrina has a degree in adult education, current accreditation as a professional trainer and qualifications in business administration. She has extensive experience as a Practice Manager and has combined her medical office and teaching careers for the past 20 years. While she trains many software packages, Medical Director and PracSoft are her current focus as she enjoys the challenge of helping practices achieve an effective ‘paperless’ environment.
