Ms Dianne Adamson

Dianne completed her nursing training at the Royal Adelaide Hospital & worked in various areas until she was appointed Director of Nursing & subsequently CEO, at Longueville Private Hospital. Under her direction the hospital set new Australian benchmarks in 14 categories relating to service excellence and performance management in a national bench marking survey. Di was a pioneer in introducing complementary therapies to the mainstream medical environment. Di has completed many & varied courses in communication, leadership, counselling and coaching including a Master practitioner course in Neuro-Linguistic Programming. She informs, challenges and motivates people in the areas of leadership, communication, team skills, customer relationship management and effecting cultural change. She is a professional speaker, educator and executive coach. She is now the principle of Adamson & Associates, a company specialising in optimising personal and organisational performance.
