Russell Ball (Defendant’s lawyer)Russell is a partner in the firm of John W Ball & Sons, solicitors to The Medical Defence Association of Victoria Ltd. Russell has been acting for MDAV and its members for over thirty years. He has conducted litigation for doctors in courts from the County Court to the High Court, and represented them in disciplinary hearings at the Medical Practitioners Board of Victoria, in the Coroner's Court and assisted them in PSR Committees. Russell and the solicitors in his office have been major contributors to the acclaimed MDAV publication Medicine and the Law. |
