Dr John ArrangaSenior Claims Executive, MDAV. John Arranga graduated from medicine in 1984 and has worked as a medical practitioner in public and private hospitals as well as in general practice. In 1994 he graduated as a solicitor, his legal practice was as a plaintiff lawyer in personal injury and health law specialising in medical negligence and product liability claims. He has practised as a lawyer in Victoria and New South Wales. During this time he also acted for nurses involved in disciplinary matters before the Victorian Nurses Board and Coronial inquests on behalf of the Victorian Branch of the Australian Nurses Federation. In 2004 he joined the Medical Defence Association of Victoria. Session 14 |
