Dr George Proimos   MBBS FRACP BSc

Currently an interventional cardiologist at Austin & Repatriation Medical Centre, Box Hill Hospital and Epworth Private Hospital. His ongoing research projects include: serial troponins in end stage renal failure; risk markers and platelet aggregation in patients presenting with acute coronary syndromes to coronary care; and high dose tirofiban therapy in acute coronary syndrome patients.  He has published numerous articles and abstracts and regularly presents at symposia.
