Active Learning Module - 40 Category 1 Points
The Brisbane GPce is now a category one activity or ALM, allowing you to obtain 40 category one points for the one day of the conference.
In order to complete your ALM, you will need to ensure you fulfill each of the following requirements:
1. Read through & complete the below pre-disposing activity. You do not need to hand in these activities, however the activities will be discussed during the conference and you will be expected to be able to participate in these discussions.

2. Fill out the attached case study templates based around an applicable patient in your surgery. YOU WILL NEED TO HAND IN THESE COMPLETED CASE STUDY TEMPLATES AT THE CONFERENCE TO RECEIVE YOUR CATEGORY ONE POINTS. Failure to hand in these templates will result in standard category 2 points being awarded per session attended.

3. Attend the full conference program on Saturday 6th September
4. Complete the evaluation form and reinforcing activity which will be given to you at the conference, and hand in at the registration desk, along with your case study templates from step 2.
That's it! You will now be allocated 40 category 1 points for the 'Complex & Chronic Conditions in General Practice' ALM.
