Fertility and IVF Update
Assisted reproductive treatment continues to break new ground as conception rates for the 1 in 6 infertile Australians grows. With couples not starting families until their 30s, same sex couples needing options and donor sperm/eggs becoming rarer, medical and ethical issues continue to surround this important reproductive health condition. Fertility preservation for oncology patients is a reality and now society is asking for preservation for social reasons, is this an option?
