Managing hypertension & cardiovascular risk – a 2010 update

This seminar will focus on cardio and vascular risk indicators, realising that a multifactorial risk factor intervention approach is required. Participants will be able to update themselves on the appropriate treatment strategies for high risk patients and recognise hypertension as part of a broad spectrum of inter¬related disease. Also covered in this seminar, is understanding the impact of angiotensin modulation in cardiovascular risk management.
