The Improvement Foundation specialises in primary healthcare continuous quality improvement. Offering limited places, this interactive workshop will show practices how to use data to improve and maintain care over time. We use proven methodology to measure important aspects of your practice, engage your team and provide with assurance that you’re providing quality care every day.
- Recognise the importance of building and maintaining a practice team and gaining confidence in the use of tools to help engage the practice team.
- Recognise the need to record and maintain good quality data and gain confidence in the use of tools to assess data quality
- Use the Model For Improvement to implement small, iterative change in busy general practices
- Patient Safety – Monitor performance on a regular basis to ensure sustainable results and ongoing patient safety and quality
To qualify for this ALM, you must attend Part 1, 2, 3 and 4 (each part runs for 1½ hours, total of 6 hours). Please note that this ALM must be completed in 1 day. To do so you must attend either Group A or B.
