This workshop will cover the application of full circumferential casts post reduction of acute fracture. It will coach you through applications of a traditional plaster as well as modern fibreglass casts for the most commonly fractured bones (distal radius and also a short leg application). It will identify potential adverse reactions in full casting, what to advise your patients on monitoring their injury and how to care for their cast.
