WG: Interventional Procedures Performed in Radiology

Interventional radiology is a subspecialty of radiology involved in the diagnosis and management of numerous disease processes using minimally invasive image guidance techniques. The use of interventional radiology has grown rapidly over the last decade and more and more procedures are performed in this way. In this workshop, we will discuss procedures that can be performed in the radiology private practice, as well as touch on the more complex procedures performed in the hospital setting.
