WF: Suturing 3 - Flap Repairs of the Skin

When simple wound closure does not cover a defect, a flap may be required. This workshop shows the different types of flaps (both “pivotal” and “advancement”), with ample opportunity to practice the most common types using pigs’ trotters.

OH&S regulations state that closed shoes MUST be worn when dissecting or handling surgical instruments in case of any mishaps.
