What do kids eat, what should they eat and what is the role of the dietitian?

The 2007 National Nutrition Survey has given us many insights into how the majority of school kids aged (9-16) eat. This study will form part of the discussion at the workshop followed by simple recommendations you can use in key areas of dietary interventions with kids based on current guidelines. Covering off finally on who and when you should refer to a dietitian and what you can do prior to the first visit to the dietitian.
