The number of genetic and acquired thrombophilia markers has increased over the last decade. Testing for thrombophilia markers is particularly helpful in a number of clinical scenarios but may lead to diagnostic confusion and management uncertainty. This workshop will review the current understanding of the common thrombophilia markers and provide recommendations for testing. The workshop will be supported by a number of practical case examples.
