MEET THE EXPERT
Our Meet the Expert sessions are a casual forum conducted on the exhibition floor and allows an expert in their field to address GPs on a particular topic. This is a great way to engage and educate GPs about your products and to drive GPs to your booth for further information. This area has seating for up to 40 delegates, but has in the past received a crowd standing around the area for hot topics. Your expert will be presenting for 60 minutes to the GPs from a stage with a lectern, microphone and projector available to aid their session.

GPCE GOURMET
We are incorporating our GPCE Gourmet sessions into the Meet the Expert area after its success at the Sydney GPCE 2010. GPCE Gourmet is a platform allowing nutrition focussed organisations to educate and entertain GPs whilst promoting the nutritional benefits of their products to them. It offers increased exposure through interactive cooking demonstrations and the presentation of the products nutritional benefits. Furthermore, food tasting can then take place from your booth allowing for further discussion.   

LEISURE LOUNGE
Positioned on the exhibition floor with your logo branding throughout, giving you prime exposure to delegates as it provides them with a lounge area to relax and read various publications.

E-CAFÉ
Positioned in a prominent location on the exhibition floor, this 36sqm hot spot contains work stations with internet access and entry via your company web page.

Morning Tea/ Lunch/ Afternoon Tea

Lunch Area Sponsorship allows you to place promotional materials on the lunch tables as well signage of your company/product throughout the area. If you have a particular food product which you wish to sample on the lunch menu this can also be arranged. A sit down two course high quality menu is served to all conference delegates across and is a fantastic method of getting your branding out there. We have four lunch areas available for sponsorship.

Morning/ Afternoon Tea Sponsorship allows you to place promotional materials on the lunch tables as well signage of your company/product throughout the area. If you have a particular food product you wish to sample for afternoon tea this can also be arranged. We have four afternoon tea areas available for sponsorship.

Satchel, Satchel Insert & Lanyard Sponsorship

GPCE SATCHEL
The satchels are a high quality shoulder bag that conference delegates will receive to carry around over the 3 days. Your logo will be located on the front of the bag and will be the main focus of the satchel.

PNCE SATCHEL
Your company branding on conference satchels which all PNCE Delegates receive.

SATCHEL INSERTS
This opportunity enables the sponsor to provide one insert, either a flyer, call to action or product sample or other promotional item, into each of the delegate conference satchels ensuring that each and every delegate has this promotional material from your company when they leave and also prompting them to visit your booth at the exhibition.

GPCE LANYARD
This is a high visibility opportunity to promote your brand as your company will receive maximum exposure as each delegate must wear their lanyard at all times for the duration of the conference and exhibition.

PNCE LANYARD
The PNCE runs concurrently with the GPCE. This is a high visibility opportunity to promote your brand as your company will receive maximum exposure as each delegate must wear their lanyard at all times for the duration of the conference and exhibition. The lanyard sponsorship is a great opportunity for on-going promotion as it extends well after the PNCE, as Practice Nurses find these very handy and utilise the lanyards on-the-job.
